The data compiled and used in this site was compiled from the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) records in 1994, 1997, 2001, 2003, 2005, and 2006. Much of the information made available here is not maintained on current Department of Homeland Security FEMA web sites. Presidential turn downs of governor requests are only available on this site.
